Ending Summer with Chile Wines

Our third installment of Barrel to Bottles is up and running. This month’s theme: Chilean cabernet sauvignon. We had a fun time downing a bottle of Santa Rita Medalla Real with some pork bulgogi the other day. All was good until the kimchi started to overpower everything. We’ll have to devote a month in a future to pairing with kimchi. But for now, go pick yourself up a bottle of Chilean cab and enjoy Labor Day!
