Buck Mason, is an American clothing brand founded in Los Angeles, California that embraces both brick and mortar and DTC to sell their high-quality products.

Buck Mason's Navigation

Buck Mason uses their navigation as the first touchpoint to find the right product for their customers. They offer a Men's and Women’s navigation filter and surface the core product categories such as Tees, Shirting, Sweats, and Pants. They also surface key support links from the footer into their main navigation to highlight their FAQs, Returns, and Store Locator

Buck Mason's Website Search

In their site search, customers can also filter by Men/Women. As users type in their entry, related products appear below with the product image, name, price, and how many color variants are offered.

Buck Mason's PLP Filters

On their product listing page, Buck Mason’s filters reinforce their focus on materials, fit, and quality. Their fabric filters highlight all of the fabrics their products come in including Pima Cotton, Alpaca, Cloud Jersey, Baja Twill, and more.

Customers can also use the filters to find products that have a slim, easy, straight leg, or field chino fit, to get them closer to a Buck Mason product that matches their style preferences. For customers that are looking for a heavier or lighter fabric, they also offer a ‘Fabric Weight’ filter.

Buck Mason's Quick Add Feature

Each product card has a ‘Quick Shop’ feature which pulls up a modal with the essential information from the product detail page. The calls to action on the page promote either in-store pick-up or adding to cart and checking out online. The image carousel features multiple product images so that customers can see all of the lifestyle images of the product on a model to encourage them to convert. Buck Mason's free shipping and easy return policy is also featured in this quick shop in addition to their size guide.

Buck Mason's Store Locator & Shop By Store PLP Feature

If a customer navigated to the store locator and clicked on ‘Shop Store’, there is a filter that appears on the bottom of the product listing page filter that shows products available in the selected store.

Buck Mason's Search and Mini Cart Empty States

Buck Mason turns their empty states into an opportunity to guide and convert customers. They do this both in their mini cart and in their search, guiding customers to popular searches, men’s/women’s categories.
