Once featured on Shark Tank, DEUX makes superpower cookie dough that’s actually good for you. They use their email marketing to continue their brand story, celebrate their new flavors, and highlight how customers are eating their cookie dough.

DEUX's welcome email

In their welcome email, they reward subscribers for signing up with a welcome 10% discount. They highlight their brand’s value props such as vegan, gluten, free, non-GMO, and functional. They enrich their products with nutrients and highlight the benefits of these ingredients such as immune support, collagen support, and mood boosting.

DEUX's Letter From The Founder Email

In the DEUX's second email in their welcome series, they share a note from their founder, Sabeena, which explains why she believes that vegan, gluten-free cookie dough is the future of cookie dough.

Because the products are not shelf stable, DEUX includes a note at the bottom of the email on how to refrigerate their products upon receiving them: Customers can either eat the cookie dough raw or cook the cookies. DEUX also shares the temperature and minutes that you need to know before popping the cookies in the oven.

DEUX Promotional Email

The DEUX emails have a signature look consistent with the aesthetic of their website and social, including colorful backgrounds, bright imagery, and zoomed-in shots of the cookie dough to celebrate their texture.

For the latest launch of their fall-centric flavor, pumpkin chocolate chip, they introduced the color theme from their social and product page to their emails, making the whole email look like a pumpkin with an orange gradient.
