Launching a New Social Shopping Brand
Using their own algorithm, Choosy tracks top trending styles on social and creates clothing inspired by these trends. They produce garments within 48 hours of the styles trending online, allowing the company to maintain a zero-balance inventory and minimize wasteful production of excess clothing. Two collections drop every week featuring sizes 0-20. We worked with Choosy to launch the brand through a website built on Shopify Plus, content development, and a subway campaign.
We designed an editorial inspired about page, to highlight the start-up’s unique story and process. We implemented seamless page loading transitions to make the about page feel like a modal, encouraging users to return to the homepage to shop the latest drop.
Given the importance of mobile, we optimized the experience for quick browsing and shopping. In the unique mobile experience, the website features a tap/swipe browsing interface that mirrors familiar user experience patterns from popular mobile apps.
In support of the brand launch, our Studio_B team produced a shoot to capture a launch video and photography assets that showcase Choosy’s clothing. In the 24 hours following the shoot, we designed a subway campaign that was displayed in 2,000 trains across New York City and even made its way on to Adweek.
