Loops, a South Korean clean-skincare company specializing in face masks, uses their bundling strategy to increase their customer’s average order value (AOV).

Loops homepage and mobile navigation

Their ‘build your own kit’ page offers customers an incentive for bundling products to increase AOV and conversion. The kit builder, which provides masks for a full month, includes an eye mask and two additional sets of masks that best fit their customer’s needs.

Loops Bundle PDP

Under each product name, there is a single sentence description so customers know what the masks key benefit is without needing to go to the pdp.

A sticky add-to-cart button follows users down the page so they never need to scroll to find it. In case customers cannot pay for the masks at once, the Loops site also offers afterpay so users can pay in installments.

Loops mini cart

When the kit is added to the cart, the discount per product is clearly shown next to the original price to remind customers how much they’re saving by purchasing in bulk.
