Challenge

As eyebobs expanded its product mix and digital footprint, the brand needed a clearer, more intuitive buying experience that helped customers find the right frames and lenses faster while giving the internal team a more streamlined, scalable ecommerce system.

We conducted a comprehensive audit of site performance, product setup, and the app ecosystem to identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve the customer journey. Through collaborative workshops, we aligned on how the eyebobs team manages product data and supports ongoing optimization.

We refined the discovery experience by improving how shoppers browse, customize, and select lenses, and enhanced the style quiz to capture richer customer insights that could power more personalized email and marketing journeys.

To increase cart value, we introduced dynamic cross-sells using Rebuy, enabling tailored recommendations in cart and checkout that could be tested and optimized over time.

We validated key experience updates through Helio user testing, focusing on readers and prescription wearers to ensure the new flows reflected real customer needs and behaviors.

For returning customers, we designed a more personalized on-site experience using Nosto, delivering product recommendations based on purchase history to drive loyalty and repeat sales.
