Connecting Customers With Their Favorite Cider
Austin Eastciders is a cider company based in Austin, Texas. Made with apples sourced from Europe, Austin Eastciders is determined to make American fall in love with cider all over again. We collaborated with Austin Eastciders to revamp their digital presence on Shopify and showcase their unique brand personality online. Through their website, customers can explore the various flavors, learn about the brand's story, and easily locate the cider at their taproom or in stores and bars.

Barrel redesigned the Austin Eastciders website to build brand affinity, showcase their small-batch ciders, and simplify navigation so customers can easily discover products and find them nearby.
We designed a flavor-forward product page that brings each cider to life through tasting notes, can designs, and a unique color theme for a personalized brand experience.
To highlight what makes Austin Eastciders unique, we designed an interactive About page that educates customers on the brand’s origins and cider-making process.
We built a robust store locator that helps customers find cider nearby, with filters for retailers that offer it on draft or sell cans and packs.
To launch their first Collaboratory Taproom, we created a custom digital experience that helps nearby customers easily explore the menu, check hours, and order online.
We built hype for AEC’s seasonal drops with engaging emails that showcase new products and merch, highlight flavor notes, and connect customers to local retailers.
