Up until now, the SWOOON’s sales have come solely from retail and Amazon. Their website currently acts as a place to find more information about the brand and product. Due to their limited retail distribution, Amazon has been successful in showing a true market for e-commerce. While SWOOON is happy with their Amazon sales and expect them to grow, they want to build stronger relationships with their consumers by creating their own online store. In doing this, it will be important to consider why someone might purchase from the client’s store vs Amazon.
