We collaborated with Instant Pot to bring their refreshed visual identity to life, creating a cohesive and engaging experience that highlights the brand’s playful and flavorful spirit through lifestyle imagery and mouth-watering recipes.

The new website redesign blended brand awareness and retail conversion through collection storytelling and product education.

We restructured the main navigation to simplify the customer journey and enhance product discovery, supporting the brand’s growing product portfolio.

We introduced product collection pages to provide storytelling and education around each product category and built a flexible template to highlight key products and campaigns.

We streamlined product education by surfacing key features, manuals, how-to videos, and FAQs across the homepage and product pages, making information easy to find and reducing reliance on customer support.

To help customers get the most out of their Instant Pot products, we created new cooking time tables that make it easy to search by appliance, ingredient, or food type, ensuring perfectly cooked meals every time.

To support retail sales, we made retail locations more visible across the site, helping customers easily find where to buy and driving in-store purchases.

We expanded the recipe hub with easier browsing by occasion or ingredient, enriching each recipe with chef stories and product callouts that connect content to the store.

To bring the community into the experience, we showcased user-generated content and added social touch-points throughout the site to encourage sharing and keep the brand’s audience connected.
