Llama Naturals, a fast-growing supplement brand, engaged Barrel to transform its Shopify site into a high-performing DTC experience. With a clean, fruit-based product line and a loyal Amazon customer base, the project focused on increasing DTC conversions, optimizing for subscriptions, and using social proof to build trust in the brand.

We developed a comprehensive brand book that established consistency across all of Llama Natural's brand touch points.
To help families choose the right vitamins, we incorporated educational content across the site to showcase product benefits and usage. A comparison chart on product pages highlights why Llama Naturals stands out in the competitive supplement market.
Recognizing Llama’s two distinct audiences—kids and adults—we designed audience-specific product detail pages that speak directly to their unique needs, delivering tailored content, education, and proof points that build credibility and empower confident purchases.
To give families even more flexibility, we integrated a custom bundle builder that allows customers to mix and match vitamins for adults and kids in one order.
We optimized Llama Naturals’ subscription experience to increase LTV, added dynamic upsells to boost AOV, and introduced product bundles that encourage shoppers to buy more and save more.
To build credibility and trust with Llama Naturals’ community, we featured reviews and testimonials throughout the site and integrated Okendo to display syndicated TikTok Shop reviews.
