To kick off our partnership, we launched McCormick’s first Shopify site, merging product storytelling and recipe inspiration to boost conversions and encourage exploration across their diverse brand portfolio.

The redesigned navigation enhances product discovery and brand affinity by guiding customers to the perfect spices and sauces, while also spotlighting curated gifts and bundles to boost AOV and support corporate gifting.

We built customizable landing pages for each of McCormick’s brands, using tailored content to bring their unique identities to life while showcasing key products, categories, and DTC exclusives to drive repeat purchases.

We highlighted McCormick’s community by blending real-life recipe inspiration with user-generated content and lifestyle imagery, fostering engagement and making it easy to shop what you see.

Barrel art directed over 300 brand assets to celebrate McCormick's unique ingredients and character of each product for the new site launch.

Impact

Following the June 2025 launch of WebSwitch US, McCormick saw strong performance gains compared to the previous four-month period. Sales and orders increased, returning customers grew meaningfully, and key products continued to outperform across the site.
