As part of our ongoing partnership with Cabot, Barrel recently supported the launch of a redesigned search experience to make it easier for customers to discover and navigate the brand’s growing library of content.
As Cabot continues to invest in its website as a content-rich destination, search has become a critical entry point. From recipes and blog content to product pages and brand storytelling, the goal was to create a more intuitive way for users to explore everything Cabot has to offer.
The updated experience streamlines the search UX and brings greater clarity across different content types, helping customers quickly find what they’re looking for while encouraging deeper exploration across the site.
Built using Shopify Search & Discovery, the new system provides a more flexible and scalable foundation as Cabot expands its recipe platform and continues to grow its digital ecosystem.

This work reflects a broader shift we’re seeing across CPG. As brands invest more heavily in content, the website becomes more than a place to browse products. It becomes a hub for education, inspiration, and community.
