Blank Beauty needed to migrate from a headless build to Shopify 2.0 to give its marketing team more control and deliver a smoother customer experience. The brand also aimed to bring its “Create a Color” feature into Shopify and redesign the shopping journey for Gen Z, balancing personalization, bulk ordering, and community-driven content on a scalable foundation for growth.

The new website delivers a cohesive digital experience that unites personalization, storytelling, and scalable commerce – empowering Blank Beauty to grow their community and redefine what personalized beauty can be.

We fully integrated Blank Beauty’s interactive “Create a Color” feature into Shopify, transforming it from a standalone tool into a seamless part of the shopping journey. Customers can now design custom shades with ease, making the experience more accessible and engaging.

To simplify navigation and spotlight the brand’s core offerings, we redesigned the product detail pages. The new PDP helps customers discover shades, explore customization, and purchase in bulk, while strategic upsell modules encourage higher cart values.

To resonate with Gen Z shoppers, we wove community-driven videos and aspirational lifestyle content throughout the site. These visuals build emotional connection and position Blank Beauty as a platform for creativity and self-expression.
